Couldn’t recommend them more! We had a new boiler installed and they made sure everything was finished to the highest standard, took the time to talk us through everything and left the place tidy after themselves. Had my old 20+ boiler replaced and new one installed in different area, they came on time very professional down to earth and was a pleasure having Paul, Paul and Jimmy doing the work for me. Got all the work done in a day to high standard even though we got a leak once new system pressurised which they went above and beyond to find and fix. Would highly recommend belfast boiler installation for any work you would need done i would definitely have them do work for me again in the future.
We had an old hot water tank that took ages to to heat and wouldn't give much hot water. We were spending a fortune on heating the water despite having solar panels also heating it. The two Paul's have been fantastic. This is the second time we have had them in the house to do work and again they both worked tirelessly at the job, are both lovely and very professional and left the place neat and tidy. They also were very considerate with their after care, checking in with us to make sure all is working well. Now we have cut our hot water bill by at least two thirds with the new tank and solar emersion. I couldn't recommend them higher and look forward to using their services again.

The two Pauls at Belfast Boiler Installations looked after me extremely well. They replaced my old gas boiler which had stopped working properly with a much better one that restored my central heating right when I needed it most. I also have a thermostat now which I can control from remote locations. Along with my more efficient boiler, the thermostat is helping to bring down my gas bill to be much lower than it ever was before. Overall, I couldn't be happier.

Can't recommend this company enough! We were stuck between christmas and new year with no boiler. Ours had broken and needed replaced so we had no heating or hot water. We had rang several other companies before this one and were told there's nothing that could be done for another week because of the time of year. When we rang the guys at Belfast Boiler Installations, they managed to make space in their schedule to supply and fit our new boiler first thing the next day. They moved jobs to prioritise our boiler as we were completely without and have 2 young kids. With the cold weather forecast this was greatly appreciated. They arrived when they said they would, and done a brilliant job.

Absolutely delighted with the work. Carried out by the 2 Paul’s and co…needed a new boiler fitted and from the first phone call to the work being carried out and completed was all without a hitch. All old stuff taken away and cleaned up after not 1 complaint do I have, I feel really confident that if anything should go wrong they would be here in a heartbeat and help in every way possible, Paul took time to show me the new controls and explain how all work. Had a new boiler installed today by the two Paul’s and Jimmy. It was clear that they’re very experienced at installation of new units. I have two zones for upstairs and downstairs and they installed Hive thermostats for each zone that I can control with the app. I enquired at last minute about changing the boiler model I wanted, fully expecting it to be too late to change however, they went first thing this morning to the merchants and changed to the one I wanted. Top notch customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler.

Friendly service taking the time to fully explain the installation and run through the operating instructions. Very neat work and the area was left completely tidied up. Paul came highly recommended and I can understand why.
I would highly recommend this engineer. He was available immediately on a Saturday to help resolve an issue with my boiler. He explained everything to me and showed me exactly what I can do myself in the future when faced with same issue. Been an absolute lifesaver and I am very grateful.
My boiler broke in my Chippy called Paul they arranged and fitted a water heater. Works perfectly! They helped me setup the warenty and sorted all the required paperwork. Service was fantastic all other companies had atleast a month before they could take on this job Paul & Paul had me up and running within a week.

We had our boiler service booked with another provider and when they came our boiler was too dangerous for use. They had no availability for nearly 2 weeks. We have 2 small children and with a cold spell coming we were really anxious about how we would manage without hot water or heating. I found Paul's number on Google and was so impressed with the service, he came out the same day and made every effort to prioritise us with children, even managing to source and fit a new boiler the next day. The team were extremely helpful, clean, and knowledgeable and I will definitely be trusting them with all our needs going forward. Lastly, the price was extremely reasonable. Right from when I phoned Paul on a Saturday after-noon I had a good feeling about Belfast Boiler Installations. That proved to be correct as Paul and his team quickly sorted me with a new boiler which is now working very well. They installed a separate pipe to make reading the pressure easier and took great care to be leave the place clean after the work. Overall, an excellent service.

Boiler packed in , rang Belfast boiler installations , spoke to them and arranged to call the following day , the fellas , ( both called paul ) where very informative on what we needed to do , so few days later the guys had my old boiler out and new one installed , gave me a run down how to use the new system, which was a doddle , they left my place spotless after they had finished the job , two gentlemen and fantastic at their job, they also sorted out my warranty and installed another carbon monoxide alarm . They went above and beyond by rearranging their schedule to replace our boiler as soon as possible. They completed the job within one day and had us up and running again before 5pm. Just had my new gas heating installed by these fantastic men. Only took 2 days and they did a fantastic job. They were extremely conscientious ensuring we had as little upset to our daily life as possible. Left us with no cleaning to do and our heating system is brilliant. The boiler was beyond repair, so they recommended that i apply for the Affordable Warmth Scheme Grant via HE for a new boiler as i couldn't afford a new one.
So on pauls advice and with his help i applied for and got grants not only for a new heating system but new radiators, and further grants for installation and new windows all down to these guys and i am beyond grateful.
BBI also contacted and dealt with the grants office during the process, freeing me of that hassle before starting and during work.
And they worked nonstop, i also have to point out how tidy and spotless workers they are, floor boards radiators and a hot water tank had to be ripped out and there was barely any dust or dirt anywhere, not even boot prints on the floors. A brilliant job and service from first contact to job done at an extremely fair and reasonable price.

Couldn't recommend enough, great service and genuinely nice people that care about there costumer's. Recently moved into a house that had an old gas fire attached to a back boiler which needed removed and replaced. I contacted Belfast boiler installation and spoke to Paul. They came out that same day and explained to me all the work that would need done and the different options I had, once we had decided on a plan they came back out that same week and installed the boiler. They were great at explaining everything to me and made sure I new how everything worked before they'd left I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We are very grateful to Paul & Paul (and Liam, and Gavin) for the installation of our lovely new boiler. Our 17 year old boiler needed to be replaced after failing the flue integrity check during an annual inspection. The company that did the initial inspection took 3 days to provide us with a quote despite having turned off our heating and hot water in the midst of a cold spell. When they eventually sent the quote, it was too high for the service they were offering and too late. I had already contacted 10 companies! 4 didn’t bother to respond to voicemails or emails. Belfast Boiler Installation answered my call and then proceeded to attend the property to make an assessment on the same day and within the space of just a few hours. Even when attending the property Paul kept me updated on their whereabouts and arrived when he said they would. Unfortunately a real novelty for me, so I was immediately impressed. It showed me that they had integrity. Paul & Paul made an honest assessment and laid out 3 options available to us for the installation.
They took their time to explain everything and more than once (I also asked them to explain everything to my husband the following day). They patiently allowed us to ask a multitude of questions. They treated the job as a priority and managed to book us in within a few days. They gave us, what I believe was a very reasonable quote. From the very beginning, we experienced a high level of professionalism, knowledge/expertise, quality of work, and that was all at a reasonable price with the work completed in a very timely manner. The two Pauls replaced my gas boiler last week and set up new smart controls. They kindly fit me in at very short notice as I didn’t have any heating. They were both professional and friendly and also took time to return the following day to talk me through everything as I had to leave for work on the day they completed the work.

From the initial chat with Paul saying I was looking for a smart heating system, Paul asked a few questions about my house and setup and provided me with multiple options for a solution that would cover what I'm after. After settling on Hive, Paul was able to install this, despite encountering an issue with the gas install in my house, was able to use his expertise to get around this. As well as high quality install, the work carried out was incredibly tidy and neat, covering pre-existing thermostats as well as neat cable management. Paul also ensured I understood the app and all it's features, as well as dealing with Hive customer support to get the second thermostat to appear in the app as it hadn't done this first time. Professional, personal and expert service. Belfast Boiler Installations come to fit a Hive smart heating control system and managed to fix multiple other genuine problems along the way. Our heating system and wiring had baffled a dozen plumbers over 20 years without getting to the route of the problem. Paul and Paul spent multiple additional hours to diagnose the problem, offer impartial advice and fit the Hive smart heating system after substantial re-wiring. The boys were real gentlemen, both professional, friendly and respectful. They were focused on getting the job done and we really appreciated their extra efforts in getting the heating back on asap. Their knowledge is second to none.
A lot of planning took place to avoid too much disruption to the home. There was much less than expected, as we had been told by other companies that it would be necessary to remove ceilings and disturb two and possibly three rooms on the house.
They managed it with one room, saving a lot of money in getting plasterers and joiners in to fix it all.
Good planning was the key.
These boys are serious grafters. They put in hours way beyond our expectations just to get the heating back on for us-and they tidied up! We don’t know where they got the energy from.

Contacted Belfast Boiler Installations because of the great reviews and wasn’t disappointed, in fact here I am writing another one. Great communication from start to finish, professional and reliable - rang me and turned up when they said they would. Installation in one day, large drafty house has never been warmer.
